OUR Dough

The essence of the pizza is all in the dough and to make the best pizza we take this seriously.  Our dough is freshly made using a combination of the finest Italian flours that is pre-fermented for 48 hours giving each pizza the perfect airy crust, full of fragrance and texture and easy to digest.

OUR Sauce & Ingredients

Our homemade sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes D.O.P with fresh and fragrant basil with a drizzle of italian extra virgin olive oil and a touch of salt. We do not use any additives, purée or any other ingredients which is why our sauce is always fresh and juicy.

All our toppings are locally sourced and completely meat free, including our Fior di latte.

OUR Ovens

Every pizza is stone baked with temperatures reaching 450 degrees and cooked in 90 seconds delivering a flavoursome and satisfying pizza.
